The most important ‘awards’ we receive are the accolades and the countless letters of thanks and appreciation from customers, past and present. This we believe to be far more satisfying than any plaque on the wall although we have plenty of these too.
The infectious, addictive charm, personality and character of the hotel transcends most ‘formal’ awards in the thoughts and minds of our guests.
The hotel is AA RAC and Visit Scotland 3 star, and is a member of Hotel Review Scotland.

I have just returned from 3 days at the Glasgow Pond Hotel. What a great place. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff, who were mainly young, were so friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was hot and fried eggs cooked regularly so that they were not lying about getting cold and congealed. Dinner was excellent and the service was good. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and colleagues. We are all too eager to complain these days so I felt it was right to comment on the excellence of this hotel.

A group of family stayed and had a meal in your hotel on Saturday 26th April.
The food was good and all the staff were courteous and helpful. In particular I’d like to single out Paul, who mainly served our table. He was efficient, helpful and very pleasant.

Craig and I would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to both yourself and all the staff involved in our wedding on the 16th June. We had a fantastic day with no hiccups at all. Many of our guests have told us that the staff were terrific and nothing was a problem for them. They made it all look very easy as they served us.
