Festive Programme

This year the Glasgow Pond has a jam packed Festive Programme to suit everyone from Party Nights, relaxed festive lunches in the Brasserie or fun for all the family on Christmas Day with a gourmet lunch and a visit from Santa. 

The celebrations continue through to New Year where there is a Gala Hogmanay event which is not to be missed!  This event is extremely popular so please book early.

Hogmanay Break

Tuesday 30th December
Arrive at the Pond to check in for your Hogmanay break.  Later in the evening you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Bucks Fizz followed by a five course evening meal with entertainment from our resident DJ.

New Years Eve – Wednesday 31st December
Enjoy your breakfast at leisure until 11am.  Why not take the time to explore Glasgow? Your evening begins at 7.00pm for 7.30pm. Enjoy your Hogmanay dinner, with a magician and Caricaturist.

There’s also a piper at midnight and you can dance the year out to traditional Ceilidh music and a disco.

New Years Day – Thursday 1st January 2009
It’s a New Year, so time for a hearty Brunch!  The rest of the day is your own to take in some of Glasgow’s historic and cultural sights, or maybe catch the first day of the January sales! In the evening, enjoy a mulled wine reception followed by dinner with live entertainment from our resident DJ.

Friday 2nd January 2009
With 2009 into its second day, it is time to go home. Enjoy breakfast at your leisure before you depart.
