Food & Beverage Assistants - Full Time & Part Time

Skills: 
Ensure guests are treated as individuals and made to feel special
Ensure guests are greeted in a friendly and efficient manner and seated promptly
Ensure guests are provided with information regarding the menu, beverages, including wines on which to make a decision - this should include suggestive selling
Ensure the provision of a competent cashiering service through accurate billing and acceptance of payment in line with company procedures
Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the F&B areas including equipment and general cleaning duties, as required
Ensure the buffet area is clean and adequately stocked throughout the service period

National Living Wage is offered to those over 25

<br>Previous experience of food and beverage service within a busy, fast paced environment
<br>Previous experience within a hotel is advantageous, although not essential
<br>High standard of personal presentation
<br>High standards of customer service are essential
<br>Clear communication both oral and written
<br><br>
